This apartment was purchased as an investment property with a budget of around €100,000, with the goal of creating a distinctive flat for the short-term rental market.

Located in the heart of Kipseli, one of Athens’ most vibrant neighborhoods, the property occupied the fourth floor of a beautifully maintained building. Originally used as a dental clinic, the apartment required a complete reconfiguration to become a comfortable home.
